Biden says US 'will not stand by and do nothing' in warning to Hamas

Biden says US ‘will not stand by and do nothing’ in warning to Hamas, compares terror group’s ‘pure unadulterated evil’ to ‘fifteen 9/11s’ and claims deadly hospital attack was result of an ‘errant rocket’ fired in Gaza

Joe Biden today said the United States ‘will not stand by and do nothing’ in a sinister warning to Hamas after the terrorists unleashed ‘pure unadulterated evil’ on Israel with their surprise attack that saw 1,300 Israelis slaughtered on October 7.

President Biden, speaking from Israel where he has met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, compared Hamas’ massacre of Israeli civilians who were shot dead as they begged for their lives to ‘fifteen 9/11s’.

Biden also claimed the deadly blast that tore through al-Ahli Hospital City last night and killed 500 people who were hiding there was a result of an ‘errant rocket’ fired from a ‘terrorist group’ in Gaza.

‘Like the entire world, I was outraged and saddened by the enormous loss of life yesterday in the hospital in Gaza,’ Biden said.

‘Based on the information we’ve seen today it appears it was the result of an errant rocket fired by a terrorist group in Gaza.’

A huge blast ripped through the hospital last night while it was being used to treat and shelter thousands of civilians who were trying to avoid Israel’s relentless barrage of airstrikes.

The devastating fireball has sparked a venomous blame game between Hamas and Israel, with the terrorists claiming it was the result of an Israeli air strike while the IDF blamed Palestinian Islamic Jihad, another militant group, for a misfired rocket.

And now, Biden has sided with his ally Netanyahu after the President said he had seen ‘data’ from his own officials in the Pentagon to back up his claim that Israel was not to blame for the hospital strike.

But Hamas’ allies remain steadfast in their view that Israel launched the airstrike, with Iran’s furious President Ebrahim Raisi today sensationally accusing Washington of being an accomplice in Israeli ‘crimes’ after the blast without providing evidence.

Earlier Iran – Israel’s foe – declared that the ‘time is up’ for the country and the Tehran-backed terror group Hezbollah called for a ‘day of rage’. In response, Biden today warned against any move to attack Israel.

‘My message to any state or any other hostile actor that is thinking about attacking Israel, remains the same as it was a week ago: Don’t, don’t don’t,’ Biden said.
