I'm celibate, engaged and doing daily 'honeymoon workouts' so my wife gets the best night of her life after our wedding | The Sun

A HUSBAND-TO-BE has revealed the intense daily honeymoon workouts he has been doing for two years in preparation for his wedding night.

Jonathan Louis, 24, is a devout Christian and has been abstinent for three years.

He has never been intimate with his fiancée Naya Ford, 23, whom he met in July 2022, and proposed to in May this year.

Since he got engaged, Jonathan has been hitting the gym daily in preparation for their wedding and honeymoon.

He has been eating supplements that are said to help in the bedroom and increase libido.

The ingredients include sea moss, horny goat weed, maca root, and ashwagandha.

He has also been doing exercises such as hip thrusts and squats to hit all the right muscle groups so he knows he'll be good on their wedding night.

Jonathan has also been practicing cardio and doing HIIT workouts so he doesn't get out of breath.

While they haven't yet set a date, they're aiming to marry in 2025 followed by a honeymoon in Southeast Asia or Greece.

Despite it being over a year away, Jonathan wants his first intimate night with Naya, a full-time influencer, to tick every box.

The tech sales representative said: "As Christians, we believe your body is a temple and that in marriage, a man and wife give each other their bodies.

"So I want to give her my best and make sure she likes what she sees.

"I believe the first time will be an experience, with all the excitement of the wedding planning and the marriage.

"Our first night will be the cherry on top!"

Naya added: "I've been in the gym getting ready too, and Jonathan has been helping me.

"For me, it's wedding day prep as much as honeymoon prep, I have got to look good in my dress.

"But I'm definitely looking forward to our first time together as well, this waiting isn't fun."

While Jonathan and Naya have both had sex in the past, they have decided to wait until marriage.

They have said it hasn't been easy and hasn't come without moments of temptation.

"If we go for a late night out, we decide to meet up somewhere in the middle of us both so we're not tempted to sleep over because of a long journey home," said Jonathan.

"Also what helps is an honest conversation, admitting 'I'm horny and you're horny' can help to relieve the tension."

Jonathan, who has been hitting the gym up to four times a week, said his goal is to be in his best shape.

He said: "It's not only for the bedroom, I want to be the best person I can be for her physically, mentally, and emotionally."

While Jonathan has been motivated by his impending wedding night, he said the thing he is most looking forward to is "spending time with her endlessly."

Jonathan said: "Without physical intimacy, it can be challenging.

"I can't wait to wake up and go to sleep with each other."

Jonathan's typical routine includes lunges to increase the range of motion for getting depth in various positions.

He also uses a stability ball for push-ups and high planks, helping to increase arm endurance for holding himself on unstable bases such as a mattress.

Jonathan also incorporated hip thrusts into his process to simulate being on the bottom, strengthening and creating higher endurance in the glutes and hips.
