CCTV released of man wanted by cops after woman is raped on Brighton beach in early hours of the morning | The Sun

COPS have released CCTV of a man after a woman was raped on Brighton beach in the early hours of the morning.

The woman was reportedly raped near the Kings Road Arches on the East Sussex beach in the early hours of September 10.


Now cops have released CCTV showing a dark-haired man wearing a Trapstar t-shirt and a cap, who they want to speak to.

Officers also want to hear from anyone with information about the attack – which happened between 2am and 5.30am.

Detective Chief Inspector Luke Kyriakides-Yeldham said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who recognises the man or has any information about the incident.

"The victim is being supported by specially trained officers.

"We are stepping up patrols along the seafront and we are working with partners which include night safety patrols, the beach patrol, taxi marshals and Safe Space."
