Georgia Kousoulou has announced that her beloved nan has passed away, as she shared a sweet tribute on Instagram.
The former TOWIE star, 32, posted a touching video montage containing video clips and photos of memories that she and her relatives shared with her grandmother.
Captioning the video, Georgia wrote: "Today we lost our darling yai yai oh how our hearts are broken [broken heart emoji]"
"The most loving beautiful women I have ever known. Her love & warmth we will never forget. I’m so thankful you were ours .. thank you for showing us love, strength, you was just beautiful inside & out.
"Your love was contagious. we was all with you while you took your last breaths today, I know you was at peace & I now know your with your love of your life our Pappou who’s been waiting for you..
"I know your singing up there. I love you so much my angel [white heart emoji]"
Georgia's former TOWIE co-stars were quick to share messages of condolences, as were a number of her other celeb pals.
Billie Shepherd commented: "So sorry for your loss, sending lots of love to you all xx" while Ferne McCann added: "so sorry George x x x"
Charlotte Crosby wrote: "Sorry for your loss Georgia" and Georgia Harrison simply penned: "Love you xx"
Georgia's mother Mary also commented on the sweet tribute, writing: "We will miss her forever, she was the most special soul who we were so blessed to have in our lives, blessed that we got to be there and held her hand till the end x
"You kids were amazing to her and she knew she was loved and you are and still are there for your dad and have given him so much support and love x I am so proud of you darling."
Earlier this year Georgia shared the sad news that she’d suffered a miscarriage, which she and fiancé Tommy Mallet decided to document on their TV show Georgia and Tommy: Baby Steps.
Fans praised the pair for this decision after Georgie shared a clip to Instagram, with model Shelby Tribble replying: “So brave all of you and you’re the best mum so proud of you for speaking out on something so heart breaking. Can’t wait to watch! Love you lots”.
Echoing similar sentiments, influencer Chloe Patton wrote: “Your so brave, this is heartbreaking to see you like this just wanna give you a big hug”.
And a reassuring fan said: “People who have lost babies understand how you feel, 1 week, 9 weeks, 16 full term a baby is a baby and is part of you your allowed to feel these emotions your brave you both are xxx”.
