HELEN Flanagan has admitted to a co-parenting struggle with her ex Scott Sinclair, as she called in friends for support.
Actress Helen, 33, shared an emotional post to her Instagram Story yesterday, where she was seen rubbing her eye in bed.
She wrote, "Never a fan of when my kids go to their dads as I always just like them with me even though it's chaos.
"My friend got me to come out though and out my dressing gown."
Meanwhile, Scott took to his own profile to share a beaming snap with their brood – Matilda, eight, Delilah, five and Charlie, two.
TheĀ Coronation StreetĀ alum and her former fiancĆ© Scott, 34, parted after 13 years together in 2022.

A source said: āHelen has removed her engagement ring and told those close to her that she is no longer with Scott.
"They hit a rough patch in theĀ summerĀ and after she came back from South Africa their relationship ended.
āHelen and Scott are committed to co-parenting their kids, even if they are no longer a couple.ā
Helen revealed that the pair had not shared a bed for seven years ā with Helen choosing toĀ sleepĀ with her children.
The coupleās careers also led to spells living apart.
The source said: āHelen turfed Scott out of their marital bed a long time ago because she co-sleeps with their kids.
āNaturally it put a strain on their relationship over the years.ā
Talking about her and Scottās sleeping arrangements, Helen said last year: āIt would beĀ niceĀ to actually share a bed and not feel like flatmates.
