Former I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate Fred Sirieix has revealed he lost a whopping 5kg during his time in the Australian jungle.
First Dates star Fred revealed the huge rainstorms in the first two weeks of the series caused problems and he got trench foot, which meant he needed to receive medical attention.
During Fred's assessment with medic Paul, he also discovered that he had lost significant weight in the camp.
The 51 year old revealed: "I was 76.6 kilos when I went in, I was the fittest I have ever been, physically and psychologically – I have trained and prepared for this. The focus has balanced me out in a way I have never been before in my life.
"In the jungle, because you are on rice and beans, first I lost a lot of fat but I lost a bit of muscle as well. But the muscle quality has gone up because I was very physically active. I lost 5 kilos (11lbs) I am so fit."
After spending two weeks in the Australian jungle on a diet of rice and beans, Nick Pickard revealed that he lost almost eight kilograms.
The soap personality, 48, who was the fourth star to be eliminated from I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, only learnt of the weight he had shed after leaving the jungle.
Hollyoaks star Nick explained: "I've lost one stone and three pounds. They weigh you at certain points during the trials and things because there are weight restrictions and I was trying to look(at the scales) but the medic wouldn't show me. So it makes it all the more interesting when you come out."
"I'm going to definitely try to do no more midnight trips to the fridge, because that's where you put on your weight. I'll try and keep it off as much as I can."
Food critic Grace Dent lasted 15 days in the jungle before she was removed on medical grounds.
The 50 year old was all smiles when she touched down in Australia ahead of her stint on the show.
However, as she arrived at Brisbane Airport before boarding a plane back to London, she appeared to be a shell of herself.
The Masterchef star looked tired and her clothes were noticeably looser than when she arrived.
Her exit came after viewers at home noticed a change in her demeanour, and expressed their concern for the star, saying she appeared "zoned out".
One viewer posted on X (formerly Twitter): "I'm getting worried for Grace."
Another viewer commented: "A bit worried about Grace Dent," while a third predicted: ""I can see Grace leaving the camp soon, she looked so depressed and zoned out."
Jamie Lynn Spears, 32,exited the ITV show on 29 November after 10 days in camp.
Ahead of her departure, the star had already hinted that she no longer wanted to stay in the jungle.
Jamie told fellow campmate and former Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson: "I hate it here so much, I hate it here so much, I hate it here so much. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it here. This place is where people go to have the worst days of their lives. Dear God, please help me to make it."
"I think I've got to leave, I think I've got to leave," she added.
As the days went on, Jamie Lynn, who is the younger sister of pop star Britney Spears, looked less upbeat and healthy than she did before.
Jamie Lynn had been reduced to tears several times during her time on the show – and was left looking tired and drained as a result.
