COSTCO shoppers are rushing to buy a Christmas essential that they say is the "best ever".<\/p>\n

The wholesaler is popular among people who like to bulk buy and make some big savings in the process.<\/p>\n

Recently one customer shared a picture of some Christmas wrapping paper she had bought declaring it was the "Best wrapping paper ever".<\/p>\n

The post was made in the Costco Wholesale UK Facebook group and other fans of the retailer were quick to flood the comments with their thoughts.<\/p>\n

One person said: "Love this stuff, so only use this now".<\/p>\n

While someone else added: "Totally agree, lasts forever".<\/p>\n

Another fan of the wrapping paper commented: "It definitely is I got two rolls last week and won't use anything else."<\/p>\n

The post did not say how much the wrapping paper was so we had a look on the Costco website.<\/p>\n

We could not see that it was being sold by the roll online but there is some double-sided wrapping paper in packs of three.<\/p>\n

The price on the website says starting at \u00a332.98 and that is for two packs of three rolls.<\/p>\n

It is always good to shop around to make sure you are getting the cheapest deal.<\/p>\n

You can use sites like Google Shopping to compare the prices of items from different retailers.<\/p>\n

Most retailers will soon have Christmas items in if they don't already and most of the time you can pick up a three-for-two offer on rolls of paper.<\/p>\n

At the moment The Card Factory has on its website three rolls of Christmas wrapping paper for \u00a32.49.<\/p>\n

Next also has a set of three rolls with tags and some matching string for \u00a37.<\/p>\n

How do I become a Costco member? <\/h2>\n

To be eligible for a Costco membership, you need to have – or be retired from – a certain type of job.<\/p>\n

Jobs that are included in the criteria are public sector workers such as NHS staff, police officers, teachers and local government workers.<\/p>\n

Membership starts from \u00a315 a year for online shopping only, but if you would rather shop at one of the warehouses then that rises to \u00a333.60.<\/p>\n

If you have a business there are also trade memberships available from \u00a324.40 a year.<\/p>\n

There are many perks to being a member as well as low prices, such as discounted fuel and tyre installation to mortgage services and pet insurance.<\/p>\n

Prior to this year, members used to have to carry a physical card with them when shopping at one of the warehouses, but now it is more convenient.<\/p>\n

The retailer has launched its first digital membership card meaning that shoppers can just scan their phones in stores.<\/p>\n

How can I find out if I have a local Costco?<\/h2>\n

Costco is expanding in the UK and has plans to open 14 new warehouses by 2025.<\/p>\n

The addition of these stores will take its total outlets to 44 but if you want to know if you already have one nearby there is an easy way to find out.<\/p>\n

You can put your postcode into the retailer's website and it will bring up where your nearest Costco warehouse is.<\/p>\n

The same page also has a useful map showing you where all of its locations currently are.<\/p>\n

There are many dotted around the UK with outlets in Edinburgh Manchester,\u00a0Liverpool\u00a0and\u00a0London.<\/p>\n
