A FOOD influencer has shared a simple Crockpot she ate to help her lose 50 pounds.<\/p>\n

She said not only is the meal delicious and easy but it even satiates her picky family.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

MaKayla (@makayla_thomas_fit) shared the recipe with over 1.5 million TikTok followers.<\/p>\n

The nutrition specialist explained that she was able to achieve her fitness goals not in spite of her picky family but with them.<\/p>\n

"I love a good Crockpot recipe, this one is easy, flavorful, and sooo satisfying," she said.<\/p>\n

She started off with eight chicken tenderloins, or alternatively, four to five chicken breasts, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic.<\/p>\n

She sprinkled a box of stuffing mix over the protein in her Crockpot, making sure to coat the top layer.<\/p>\n

Next, she combined two cans of cream of chicken soup, a single serving of Greek yogurt, and 1\/3 cup of water in a bowl.<\/p>\n

She spread a thin layer of the mixture over the stuffing and covered the chicken with a lid.<\/p>\n

MaKayla started the Crockpot on high for four hours, returning to reveal the finished creamy chicken casserole.<\/p>\n

She paired the chicken with a "mindful serving" of rice and a side of vegetables.<\/p>\n
