Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary on Monday by sharing some candid and loved-up throwbacks from their decades together on Instagram.<\/p>\n

On Instagram, both Hollywood stars shared the love, with Kevin gushing over their time together in his caption writing: \u201c35 years feels like a heartbeat.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Footloose star was completely unrecognizable in the aged photo as he sat at a dining table shirtless, flaunting his toned physique with his wife lying in his arms.<\/p>\n

As Kyra gleefully smiled into the camera, wearing a light pink tank top and white skirt, Kevin closed his eyes and planted a sweet, gentle smooch on her forehead.<\/p>\n

While it\u2019s unclear when Kevin\u2019s photo was taken, Kyra\u2019s throwback was a rather special Polaroid from 1987.<\/p>\n

The Summer I Turned Pretty star shared an on-set photo from Lemon Sky, the movie she first met Kevin on.<\/p>\n

Still in costume, the young stars posed mysteriously for the camera standing awkwardly standing next to each other as Kevin seemed stunned by the camera\u2019s flash.<\/p>\n

She lovingly captioned the photo: \u201cIt was 1987- on the set of \u201cLemon Sky\u201d – I met a man named Kevin.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy 35 my love.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pair were soon inundated with well wishes from fans and their A-list pals alike, with Rita Wilson pointing out one remarkable similarity to her relationship with Tom Hanks.<\/p>\n

The Volunteers star wrote in the comments: \u201cYou guys! Happy Anniversary! Can you believe it? It goes so fast! We are 35 soon to be 36!\u201d<\/p>\n

Fellow Hollywood stars Faith Ford and Rosanna Arquette also shared their \u201chappy anniversary\u201d wishes.<\/p>\n

Speaking about their long-lasting romance just before the SAG-AFTRA strike in July, Kyra seemingly revealed that the key is to not expect fireworks at every moment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

She told E! News: \u201cSometimes there are sparks, sometimes there’s just chicken,\u201d explaining that chicken may not always be exciting but is \u201calways good and reliable\u201d.<\/p>\n

The 58-year-old jokingly added that the best piece of advice she has is \u201cnot to take advice from celebrities about the secret to a happy marriage\u201d.<\/p>\n

After meeting on the set of Lemon Sky, Kevin proposed to Kyra on Christmas Eve and got married the very next year.<\/p>\n

Kyra revealed she got pregnant just two weeks after their wedding after they suddenly decided to start trying for a baby on their honeymoon and gave birth to their first child together, Travis, in 1989.<\/p>\n

The actors rarely took to the screen together since getting married, namely only in 1991\u2019s Pyrates, Murder in the First, Cavedweller, Loverboy and The Closer.<\/p>\n

In 1992, Kevin and Kyra welcomed their daughter, Sosie, who made her Hollywood debut as Miss Golden Globe in 2014, nown known as the Golden Globe Ambassador.<\/p>\n
