Kim Zolciak\u2019s financial problems are continuing, and this time, they\u2019re extending to her daughter. The reality star and her 21-year-old, Brielle, are both being sued over unpaid credit card debt.<\/p>\n
As pe legal records accessed by Us Weekly<\/em>,<\/em> Kim, 45, is currently facing a lawsuit from a debt collection agency amounting to $156,080. After which, the card restricted by the bank and no longer usable by the reality star.<\/p>\n Similarly, Kim\u2019s daughter Brielle is facing a lawsuit filed by American Express National Bank, which says she failed to pay the $12,800 bill on her AmEx card.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Kim\u2019s latest financial troubles come after her husband, Kroy Biermann, filed for divorce a second time only months after they reconciled. He made the filing on August 24, referring to their marriage as \u201cirretrievably broken.\u201d<\/p>\n He’s requesting full custody of their minor children – KJ, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9. The estranged couple also share adult daughters Brielle and Ariana, whom Kroy adopted when he married Kim in 2011.
