Purchasing the box also grants the owner added perks including a brass plaque with their name and private catering.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Earl&#8217;s great grandfather, the 4th Earl\u00a0of Rosse, was invited to purchase the box for a \u00a3100 &#8216;subscription&#8217; by Prince Albert who was friends with his father the 3rd Earl.<\/p>\n<p>He and his wife\u00a0Alison, the Countess of Rosse, live in Birr Castle in Co Offaly, Ireland, and have decided to sell box as they no longer use it as much as they used to, accroding to The Times.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/04\/16\/78561687-12823985-image-m-111_1701708793619.jpg\" height=\"289\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>A private box in the Royal Albert Hall has been put up for sale for \u00a33million after its owners said they don&#8217;t use it enough.
