gripping thrillers, self-help books and historical fiction with writers from the UK, Japan, Ireland, US and further afield included.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Trevor Noah<\/span><span>&#8216;s biography, about growing up mixed race in apartheid <\/span><span>South Africa<\/span><span>, joins memoirs from both Michelle and <\/span><span>Barack Obama<\/span><span>\u00a0as well\u00a0Michelle Zauner&#8217;s memoir Crying in H Mart &#8211; about the loss of her mother &#8211; in the non-fiction category.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Former child star&#8217;s Jennette McCurdy&#8217;s provocative memoir I&#8217;m Glad My Mom Died &#8211; about her abusive late mother and When Breath Becomes Air by neurosurgeon Paul Kalanithi also made the cut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kristin Hannah has three books on the list, as does Sally Rooney, while Taylor Jenkins Reid, the brains behind Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and Daisy Jones &amp; the Six, has four books on the list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img
