HELEN Flanagan has admitted to a co-parenting struggle with her ex Scott Sinclair, as she called in friends for support.<\/p>\n

Actress Helen, 33, shared an emotional post to her Instagram Story yesterday, where she was seen rubbing her eye in bed.<\/p>\n


\n<\/p>\n

She wrote, "Never a fan of when my kids go to their dads as I always just like them with me even though it's chaos.<\/p>\n

"My friend got me to come out though and out my dressing gown."<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Scott took to his own profile to share a beaming snap with their brood – Matilda, eight, Delilah, five and Charlie, two.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Coronation Street\u00a0alum and her former fianc\u00e9 Scott, 34, parted after 13 years together in 2022.<\/p>\n

Helen and\u00a0Bristol Rovers\u00a0footballer\u00a0Scott started\u00a0dating\u00a0in 2009 and have three children together.<\/p>\n

And in a pointed dig at her former flame recently, Helen re-shared a quote on her\u00a0Instagram\u00a0Stories.<\/p>\n

It read: \u201cWhenever I\u2019m having a bad day I just stop and remind myself at least I don\u2019t have my ex\u2019s name tattooed on my body.\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0news\u00a0of Helen and Scott\u2019s split emerged three days after Helen was seen dancing with a mystery man at a friend\u2019s birthday party \u2014 and only a few weeks after she finished filming ITV\u2019s ITV\u2019s I\u2019m A\u00a0Celebrity\u00a0All Stars in South Africa.<\/p>\n

A source said: \u201cHelen has removed her engagement ring and told those close to her that she is no longer with Scott.<\/p>\n

"They hit a rough patch in the\u00a0summer\u00a0and after she came back from South Africa their relationship ended.<\/p>\n

\u201cHelen and Scott are committed to co-parenting their kids, even if they are no longer a couple.\u201d<\/p>\n

Helen revealed that the pair had not shared a bed for seven years \u2014 with Helen choosing to\u00a0sleep\u00a0with her children.<\/p>\n

The couple\u2019s careers also led to spells living apart.<\/p>\n

The source said: \u201cHelen turfed Scott out of their marital bed a long time ago because she co-sleeps with their kids.<\/p>\n

\u201cNaturally it put a strain on their relationship over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Talking about her and Scott\u2019s sleeping arrangements, Helen said last year: \u201cIt would be\u00a0nice\u00a0to actually share a bed and not feel like flatmates.<\/p>\n
