Who is missing from Wrestlemania 37?

Fans were shocked to see in the weeks leading to Wrestlemania that the longest-reigning SmackDown Women's Champion did not have a feud going.

Bayley, 31, has been a featured at WWE's flagship event since her debut at Wrestlemania 33 in 2017.

She has been one of the popular stars since Becky Lynch left in 2020, and was named the number one female wrestler in the world by Pro Wrestling Illustrated.

Last year she successfully defended her SmackDown Women's Championship in a six-pack challenge.

Brock Lesnar

Lesnar, 43,is one of the WWE's top box office stars, and often comes back for short runs ahead of Wrestlemania.

Since returning to the company in 2012 he has appeared at every installment, and headlined three times.

This year he was notably absent from plans, there have even been rumors that he will be leaving the company.

He lost the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at last year's event.

Charlotte Flair

Flair, 35, can arguably be referred to as Miss Wrestlemania.

She made history when she was a part of the first women's match to be the main event of Wrestlemania in 2019 with Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey.

The daughter of Ric Flair has been a mainstay at the event since 2016, challenging or defending a women's championship every year.

After making a return in December 2020 and capturing the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships with Asuka, it seemed she was starting her road to Wrestelemania.

However after her potential opponent Lacey Evans became pregnant, Flair catching Covid, and her fiance Andrade leaving the company she has been off television weeks before Wrestlemania.

Last year she won the WWE NXT Women's Championship for the second time in a match against Rhea Ripley.

Jeff Hardy

Over the course of his decades long WWE career he and his brother/tag team partner Jeff Hardy has had memorable moments at Wrestlemania.

Since returning to the company in one of the biggest 'Mania moments in 2017, he has not been featured on the main card.

Goldberg, 54, known to fans as a "part-timer," comes back for short stints to challenge for the world championship.

Last year he lost the Universal Championship to Braun Strowman (after Roman Reigns opted out amid the Covid-19 pandemic).

The WWE Hall of Famer made a name for himself as one of the biggest stars in wrestling in the mid-1990's and early 2000s.

He faced Drew McInyre at Royal Rumble this year for the WWE Championship in a losing effort.

This is the first Wrestlemania to not feature Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, or Triple H since 1988.

The Undertaker recently retired, having seemingly his last Wrestlemania match in 2020.

He is the most prolific star at the event having had a Wrestlemania winning streak that lasted nearly 20 years.

Shawn Michaels has been known at Mr. Wrestlemania, having many career making moments at the event since his first appearance in 1992.

The Heartbreak Kid has headlined the event five times, and retired at the event in a match against The Undertaker.

Triple H, who is also the executive vice president of global talent strategy in WWE, has been featured at Wrestlemania a total of 23 times.
