Teen Mom Kailyn Lowry shows off her hardcore workouts as she attempts to lose 50 pounds after welcoming fourth baby

TEEN Mom 2 alum Kailyn Lowry has given an insight into her hardcore weekend workout complete with resistance bands and hip thrusts.

The mom of four, who gave birth to her youngest Creed in July, took to her Instagram Stories to detail the active start to her Saturday.

Kailyn, 28, could be doing seated squats pushing against a resistance band before lying on her back for weighted hip thrusts.

Her trainer could then be heard supporting her shouting: "Good! It's supposed to feel like that!" as she worked her biceps straight after pulling on an overhead weight.

She then looked at a dumbbell and squealed: "I can't lift that," before she was met by the supportive PT stating: "Yes, you can!"

Kailyn finished off the intense class by running between a pair of cones for one last cardio blast.

The MTV star looked calm and focussed as she got the job done, looking stylish in a lime green gym outfit.

She tied up her hair in a ponytail and wore her glasses as she got stuck into the group training session.

The parent previously told how she had been "mom shamed" for going to the gym and taking care of herself after Creed's birth.

The TV personality and public speaker shares her youngest two children, Lux, 3, and Creed, 2 months, with Chris Lopez, Lincoln, 6, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and Isaac, 10, with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.

Candidly opening up on her personal experience throughout her maternity experiences she said on her Instagram page, alongside a shot of her in a Calvin Klein bra: "This shoot was a challenge for me. I’ve birthed 4 humans & people expect my body to snap back immediately.

"When it doesn’t – I get body shamed, when I go to the gym it’s selfish. When I love my body, it’s unhealthy. There is no 'winning' for me in the court of public opinion."

Last month, just eight weeks after giving birth to her fourth child, she shared a sneak peak video posing in sexy cerise lingerie.

On the flip side, she said she was body-shammed for not bouncing back quickly after four kids.

The reality TV star uploaded a sultry shot to her page to illustrate her lengthy argument centered on the premise that motherhood is not a "competition."

Kailyn recently shot down trolls who claimed her recent boudoir shoots were photoshopped with a candid behind the scenes video.

While sharing a behind-the-scenes look at one of the shoots, she wrote: "Because people love to say photoshop."
