Rebel Wilson delivered jokes at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's expense as well as Prince Andrew during the BAFTAs on Sunday night.
The Australian actress, 42, who was given the honour of presenting the EE sponsored ceremony, which aired on BBC iPlayer, was all-smiles as she launched into a series of jokes about the Royal family.
She teased she was going to do a "musical number" before making jibes about the Duke of York.
The star then went on to mention Harry and Meghan's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.
Appearing on the stage in a stunning red sparkling dress and her blonde locks styled glamorously with bouncy curls, Rebel also matched bright red lipstick to her gown.
"So I was going to do a musical number as host, it was about Prince Andrew though…" she joked in her Aussie lilt.
"No guys it's not what you think!" she declared upon hearing the snickers from the audience. "It was on roller-skates.
"It was called Pizza Express," the Hollywood actress quipped, referring to the restaurant Prince Andrew claimed he was visiting in Woking with his daughter, Princess Beatrice, on March 10, 2001.
"But don't worry I'm not going to do it I'm not going to sing," Rebel continued jovially. "I'm saving my voice for the sequel to Cats."
The star-studded audience then audibly chuckled in reference to the critically panned movie, which also starred Idris Elba, James Cordon, Dame Judi Dench and Taylor Swift, among others.
Refusing to let up with her comic wisecracks about the royal family however, Rebel then made a reference to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's explosive TV appearance.
"Our next package is for Outstanding British Film from drama, to horror, to fantasy… she said. "Harry and Meghan's interview with Oprah had it all.
"Unfortunately that's not nominated in this category but some incredible films are," the star then added.

Rebel has never been afraid to take chunks out of the simmering drama in the Royal family, even teasing Harry and Meghan in front of Prince William and Kate Middleton during her segment in the 2020 awards ceremony.
The Australian favourite also made a comment about Harry and Meghan's controversial move to the US during a pre-BAFTAs interview with Alison Hammond on This Morning.
First asked why she'd been asked to host the whole gig this year, Rebel admitted: "I don't know. I would say, I have presented awards at the BAFTAs and it's gone pretty well."
Upon watching a clip of nominated film West Side Story, where the cast were dancing to the track America, Alison started singing the lyrics "I like to be in America, Okay by me in America".
"Meghan and Harry's new theme song," Rebel declared in response, leaving Alison in giggles.
