This is the emotional moment which sees ailing Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) walk his beloved sister Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) down the aisle in Coronation Street.
It's Gemma's long awaited wedding day as she prepares to make an honest man of Chesney Brown (Sam Aston), who, incidentally, is the most straight-laced lad in Weatherfield.
It's for this reason that he is understandably staggered to see his bride in possibly the most outrageous dress of all time, complete with lights.
Ahead of the walk of brightness, Gemma fondly tells Paul that she couldn't do this without him.
He quips that she could, but it wouldn't have been as good.
Viewers know that he is struggling with the physical symptoms of his Motor Neurone Disease, so this lovely gesture is more painful than he is letting on.
In fact, as Gemma reaches Chesney, Paul gives a stumble, leading to her urging him to stop panicking.
It may not be long until she discovers why, as Dolly-Rose explained to Metro.co.uk recently.
'She’s going to be completely devastated,' she sighed. 'They’re not just brother and sister, they’re twins, they’ve been together their whole lives.
'I think her approach would be to stay strong, they are a bit of an out-there family, but they do love each other, they stick together, and they want what’s best for each other.'
Until the wedding itself, Gemma has been oblivious to what's going on with Paul, having been caught up in her big day.
'Paul is very stubborn and he wants everything to be his way,' Dolly explained. 'He doesn’t want to be seen as weak, he doesn’t want to off load it all on the family.
'He’s doing a good job of hiding it but on top of that, Gemma’s life is so hectic with her family and her work and all her worries that I don’t think it’s just the wedding as to why she wouldn’t notice.
'Her life in general is so busy, so noticing even things right in front of her she probably struggles with.'
Coronation Street will air this episode on Monday May 29 at 7:30pm on ITV.
