I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! fans were quick to criticise the new series, just moments after the launch show began on 6 November.
Many took to social media to give their opinions on the 2022 series and the celebrity contestants, and while Jill Scott gained huge praise from fans, ITV was hit with criticism.
Numerous viewers complained over the amount of adverts the broadcaster was showing throughout the first episode of I'm A Celebrity 2022, with some even branding it "unbearable" and demanding that ITV "sort it out".
"itv is just getting out of hand with these adverts, every 5 minutes there's a break," one fan wrote.
A second said: "Come on ITV, too many adverts," while a third added: "I despise the amount of adverts on itv".
Others made jokes about the number of advert breaks, with one person writing: "I've just realised something about ITV. If you watch the Adverts for long enough, occasionally they put 'I'm a Celebrity' on".
However, for some viewers it wasn't only the amount of adverts ITV were showing, it was also the content of them as many were focused on Christmas.
"@ITV could you pack it in with all the Christmas adverts? It's November," one Twitter user asked the broadcaster.

While ITV was hit with criticism, there was one part of the launch episode that viewers praised and that came as Jill Scott took on the terrifying Walk The Plank challenge alongside Loose Women's Charlene White and comedian Babatunde Aleshe.
The three celebrities headed to the top of a skyscraper, where they had to walk across long runways suspended in the air above the ground way below.
Jill's team spirit earned her huge praise from TV viewers, with many branding her "inspirational" and a "legend" for the way she handled the harrowing challenge, and tipping her to win.
"Oh I already love Jill and how supportive she is," one fan wrote while a second said: "Nah Jill Scott's a legend already".
A third added: "What an inspiration Jill is."
I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! airs every evening at 9pm.
