Emmerdale: Dan tells Amelia that they should 'run away'
Emmerdale fans have pleaded for Amelia Spencer (played by Daisy Campbell) to leave the ITV soap following Tuesday night’s instalment.
The reaction comes after Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) told Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) she was going to Portugal to “get away for a bit”.
Amelia has also been planning her exit from the village after her dad landed himself in trouble with the police.
The young mum convinced Dan Spencer (Liam Fox) that they needed to leave after Amelia’s stalker died in hospital.
It took some convincing, but Dan agreed with his daughter that he didn’t want to go to prison for punching and killing Lloyd (Matt Sutton).

“We should do it,” Dan said as Amelia asked: “What do you mean?”
“Run away,” the mechanic replied. “I can’t bear the thought of not being with you.”
“Please tell me you’re being serious about this,” Amelia went on.
Dan said: “To be honest, I don’t think I am cut out for prison and it’s the only way we will stay together.”
However, fans took to Twitter in droves following the episode, with many pleading for Amelia to “run away”.
