How could discovery+ make the show less awkward?

The show is not only “cringey,” but according to fans, it’s also “tasteless,” “unwatchable,” and “awkward.” While the show’s content is part of the problem — i.e., making Pedro, Chantel, and Steven try Alina’s culture’s food) knowing that they will be dramatic about it. Fans agree that the show’s content is the problem, but there are other factors at play. The way the host, Shaun Robinson, interviews has always been a problem with fans. While she’s the host of the 90 Day Fiancé shows, many fans don’t think she asks the right questions.

Of course, editing also plays a part in it. The lack of a studio audience also makes awkward silences that editing cannot hide, making many guests uncomfortable. With the point of the show being to allow cast members and fans to let loose and have fun, the vibe clearly doesn’t reflect that. Many devoted 90 Day Fiancé fans are opting out of watching 90 Day Bares All entirely.
