Best horse racing tips for today's action at Warwick, Kempton, Beverley, Windsor and Bath from Tom Bull

CHESTER starts on Wednesday and I can't wait to see some goodies on the Roodee.

We've got Tuesday's action to get through first, though, and I've picked out some nice-looking types to go to war with.

Wetherby

4.55 Moon King – A gelding operation looks to have made a big difference judged on his easy victory at this track last time.

He came from last to first that day and a 6lb penalty could easily underestimate him.

That performance came after a break and he should be able to win again with that run under his belt.

Ayr

3.00 Commodore Barry – Smart hurdler looks built for chasing and should be too classy here.

His one solid rival is rated 6lb below him and didn't finish the season off in great style.

He can dominate from the front before targeting bigger prizes.

Fakenham

4.15 Lace Bonnet – Christian Williams has made a fine start to his training career and can keep the good run going with his five-year-old mare, who struck last time out.

Cheekpieces made a big difference to her that day and a 4lb rise doesn't look too harsh.

She's not been with her trainer that long, who has a fine record at the track, and can continue to improve under his guidance.

Exeter

7.20 Darcy Ward – Bounced back to form here in grand style last time out, winning easily in a similar race.

Needs to defy a rise in the weights but he seems to prefer this time of year and should have too much for his rivals.

Nick Scholfield is flying at the moment and the pair can do the business.

Wolves

7.30 Badenscoth – Loves this course and distance now, having been really perked up by the switch to tapeta.

Appears to have a massive shout based on his easy win last month and a 6lb rise isn't bad at all.

Should make it three from three under Franny Norton.
