“Officers attended. Road closures have been put in place at the scene.

“Detectives are working to establish the man’s identity. At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained.”

A woman told the paper under the condition of anonymity that she saw a white van driving to the area "three of four times a day" to sell hard drugs to a group of addicts who "just stand there and wait" for their next fix.

She claimed people "smoking crack" and "screaming" outside her house close to the crime scene was a daily occurence.
