Jennifer Lopez knows she hasn’t aged a bit.
The “Hustlers” star, 50, did a quick change during her “SNL” monologue, ripping off her three-piece suit and bowtie to reveal the iconic Versace green dress she first wore to the 2000 Grammys.
“Some people said I look better now than I did then — I’m not bragging, that’s just gossip!,” she said this week.
The sleeveless and backless sheer dress is an altered version of Lopez’s original look; the first iteration included a long-sleeved shrug and was, shockingly, more conservative than the updated version. Shortly after the gown went viral, Lopez hosted “SNL” for the first time in 2001, wearing a robe and discussing her “diva” status in the monologue — and took off her robe to reveal the Versace look underneath.
After nearly 20 years, Lopez put the dress back on in September, strutting her stuff on the runway in Milan wearing the new take on the iconic gown that launched Google Images. Attendees of the show went wild and the moment quickly went viral on social media. Even Anna Wintour was spotted giving Lopez a standing ovation and beaming.
