There's so many reasons for using Google Maps.

From real-time traffic conditions to its 3D mapping service, the tool is used by billions around the world.

And to find yourself on the app is quite impressive, but imagine when it happens to you twice.

One man has been hailed on Reddit for his "fame" after he was snapped up on two occasions in the same day.

He revealed how he was actually in two different US states when the images were taken.

In the first photo, the man is wearing white shorts and a blue shirt standing in a car park in New York.

Then in the second image, he is at it again but this time he's in Connecticut.

This time he's next to a blue car with his arms raised in excitement after spotting the second Google camera.

Although it was posted on the open forum recently, the incident actually took place a few years ago.

He said: "In October 2017, I got spotted by the Google Maps Street View Car not once but twice in two different states."

It wasn't long until Reddit users flooded the comments section and shared their opinions.

One compared him to Where's Wally.

The user added: "If you can keep up the outfit consistency and get seen once in each of the other 48 states, you could make the ultimate state-based Google Maps version of Where's Waldo."

Another claimed they were jealous of his "fame".

A third commented: "The only time I see the car apparently when it's not working."

While a fourth praised: "What a privilege."

Due to privacy reasons, the man cannot be recognised in the photo.
