California couple smoke from his-and-hers BONGS at their wedding

Do you toke this woman . . . ? California couple who run a marijuana blog together celebrate their marriage by smoking custom his-and-hers BONGS at the wedding

  • Coral and Mio run a blog, YouTube channel, and social media accounts called Coral Reefer
  • The cannabis-loving couple tied the knot in October and posed for pictures while ripping from Mr. and Mrs. bongs they had made for the occasion
  • The pair live in California, where marijuana is legal
  • They smoked together in an RV before the ceremony and again for woodsy outdoor photos

Some women get a rock when they get married — but one California woman and her husband got stoned.

Marijuana enthusiasts Coral and Mio may not have tied the knot on April 20, but they still found a way to incorporate their love of the plant into their big day.

Minutes before saying ‘I do’ in Santa Cruz in October, the pair smoked together from custom ‘Mr. and Mrs.’ bongs they had made for that very occasion.

Next up, the joint bank accounts! They had the special glass bongs, which read ‘Mr.’ and ‘Mrs.’, made for their special day

Coral — who with her new husband runs the blog and YouTube channel Coral Reefer, as well as corresponding social media accounts — took to Instagram last month to share photo of them on their wedding day.

She is wearing a traditional white dress with a full skirt and matching veil, while he’s in a gray suit and floral boutonniere.

But unlike most wedding portraits, the bride and groom are holding his and hers glass bongs and taking hits as the photographer snapped the picture.

‘To have and to toke, forever and ever,’ Coral wrote.

Marijuana is legal in California, and the newlyweds had the bongs made by Marc Hochdörffer.

‘I’m so thankful we celebrated our day exactly how we wanted to, including the RV where we got 10 minutes alone after the ceremony to smoke up before inviting our guests on board as well,’ the bride wrote.

‘Mio was my best friend in kindergarten, my partner through the last few years of my blog, and now is my husband forever! Here’s to a lifetime of tokes together!’

Photographer Rachel Artime, 24, admitted the photos were unique.

‘I’m really happy with the pictures. I love the smoke. It makes them look haunting and romantic in a weird way,’ she told Metro.co.uk.

Flying high: The lovebirds, who gave out marijuana as party favors, went on to honeymoon in Costa Rica

‘I’ve never had to photograph anything like this before. This is the most unconventional and non-traditional thing to happen at a wedding [I’ve been to],’ she went on.

‘Every wedding I’ve done is the most normal thing ever, so this is quite the experience to be photographing people literally smoking a blunt at their wedding. It was like nothing I’d ever seen before.’

The lovebirds, who gave out marijuana as party favors, went on to honeymoon in Costa Rica, where the country’s Supreme Court decriminalized small amounts of obsession and cultivation last year.
