Ben & Jerry’s finally bring out vegan version of fan-favourite Cookie Dough

Ben & Jerry’s fan-favourite Cookie Dough ice cream is now being launched as a Non Dairy version.

The fan-favourite was first launched in 1991, and now vegans can find out what makes it so special.

Dessert-lovers will find a rich, smooth caramel Non-Dairy ice cream made with almonds, vegan cookie dough chunks, chocolate chunks and an irresistible cookie swirl.

If that doesn't sound tempting enough, there is more.

Vegans will have even more to rejoice about, as the new ice cream comes with even more cookies than the original.

Ben & Jerry’s Flavour Guru, Priscille Moussy, said: “Our classic Cookie Dough tub was concocted for people who know the joy (and the temptation!) of sneaking a bite or two of cookie dough before it makes it into the oven, which got us thinking… Why should our vegan fans have to miss out?

“We’ve been working hard, with our friends at Rhino, to create a vegan cookie dough that really stands up to the original. I think we nailed it.”

The vegan Cookie Dough ice cream joins Ben & Jerry’s now family of four Dairy Free range.

Non-Dairy fans can already enjoy Peanut Butter & Cookies, Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Coconutterly Caramel’d.

  • Pizza Hut customers can now get the unlimited lunchtime buffet deal on weekends

But now they can finally enjoy the “sticky, smooshy, instantly identifiable dough chunkiness” which has made it one of the most popular flavours ever.

Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Non-Dairy flavour will be available across the nation from late September, which a RRP of £6.
