I’m a Shake Shack superfan – its worst item is so unpleasant I can’t bring myself to order it again

A SHAKE Shack superfan has revealed the item that’s so unpleasant he would not order it again.

Andrew LaSane set out to try the chain’s entire menu before ranking the items from worst to best.

He said the worst item on the menu is the cornflake chocolate drizzle shake, which costs $6.19, according to Insider

LaSane said he wouldn't buy the drink again.

The shake has chocolate and cornflakes blended in, as the name might suggest.

LaSane also wasn't a fan of the Shake Shack fries.

LaSane thinks that the plain fries are bland, and have a bad texture.

The hamburger also ranked lowly while he found the chicken bites too greasy and starchy.

However, LaSane claims the chicken sandwiches are much better than the bites.

He also thinks the strawberry milkshake tastes sweet and artificial.

The chain uses Chicago Vienna sausages in their hot dogs but LaSane thinks they taste plain.

And while the Shake Shack cheeseburger is tasty, there are more interesting things on the menu.

For a limited time, Shake Shack had hot-honey fries that use the same seasoning as the chain's hot-honey sandwiches.

The diner described these as a fun alternative to regular Shake Shack fries.

He thought the avocado-bacon chicken sandwich was one of the better items on the menu, but he found the fruit to be out of place.

The diner says the Chicken Stack is the best chicken item the restaurant has to offer.

But, he recommends asking for extra mayo.

The burger is topped with ShakeSauce, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

LaSane believed the best item on the menu is the SmokeShack sandwich.

It's topped with applewood-smoked bacon, cheese, cherry peppers, and ShackSauce.

The Sun shared a list of secret menu items that Shake Shack diners can order.

Last April, the chain offered free burgers and fries to New Yorkers in exchange for getting vaccinated.
