Teresa split with ex-husband Joe Giudice after 20 years of marriage and his deportation back to Italy. They officially got divorced in September 2020, per People, but the couple had been living separate lives for over a year. Joe has also found love with an Italian attorney while launching a new cooking show, Juicy Joe’s Cucina: From Italy to Jersey, per In Touch Weekly.

Back in the Garden State, Teresa has been hitting her stride. The RHONJ “OG” cast member has purchased a new house with her beau, and seems to be very sex-positive in the Season 11 Bravo trailer. Teresa Giudice purchased a $3.5 million home with her boyfriend

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice has a new mansion to call home. According to the Daily Mail, Teresa and her real estate businessman boyfriend Luis “Louie” Ruelas purchased a $3.5 million estate in Montville, New Jersey. The property has seven bedrooms across over 7,700-square feet. Teresa and her four daughters hopefully will be moving into her new stone-laden mansion. The pristine estate “boasts a six-car garage, a personal gym, movie theater, and library across six sprawling acres of land,” per the Daily Mail. The backyard also features a custom pool and hot tub. 

Louie is rumored to be the source of capital for the property, with Teresa acting as property manager, per TMZ. The co-founder of online advertiser tech firm Digital Media Solutions, Louie no doubt had enough money to do so. At least these lovebirds found a beautiful nest to call home!
