Having just released her second book, 32 year old Frankie Bridge was joined by her husband Wayne, 41, and a number of celebrity friends for the launch.

Frankie styled a white single shoulder crop top and flared trousers for the event while former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh made an appearance in a matching turquoise blazer and short set with white heels.

Frankie’s Loose Women panellist co-stars turned up to support her as Charlene White and Nadia Sawalha turned up, with Charlene wearing a long sleeved black and silver dress as Nadia styled a floor length pink dress.

After the event concluded, Frankie took to Instagram to discuss the success of the launch and open up about what the book means to her.

She wrote: “Yesterday was publication day for GROW and so many special people turned up to show their support!

“I can’t believe I’ve written two books… no ghost writer… just me and my wonderful editor, not gonna lie… it wasn’t an easy process… but the ‘why’ was always at the forefront of my mind and my drive!

“Being a Mum is amazing and something I always wanted to be… but I realised and can feel like a really lonely and judgemental place to be mentally… I wrote Grow to encourage us all to share the good, the bad and the ugly… because it’s not all plain sailing and unless we all admit that to each other… how can we help each other through?

“We’re all muddling through… doing our best and that looks different for every single one of us… child to child, no one size fits all… so stop comparing yourself to others and remember that you will always be enough… #book #mentalhealth #mum”.

In the new book titled Grow: Motherhood, mental health and me, Frankie opens up about the stress she went through raising her new born.

Taking her eldest son, Parker to get vaccinated prior to his first birthday, Frankie detailed how she “spiralled” after being told by the paediatrician that she should have waited until he was 12 months old to have it done.

She wrote: "The guilt and fear I had felt throughout the day spiralled. And it resulted in a complete meltdown.

"My paranoia kicked into overdrive too and I became convinced I had killed my child, before he’d even really got the chance to live."
