Ace Frehley Shares Cover Of The Beatles ‘I’m Down’

Former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley has shared a cover of The Beatles‘ “I’m Down,” the second track from his upcoming covers album Origins, Vol. 2.

Frehley teamed up with Rob Zombie guitarist John 5 on the cover of “I’m Down,” which originally featured in the legendary band’s 1965 album Help!

Origins Vol. 2, which is a sequel to his 2016 collection of cover songs, is set to drop on September 18 via eOne.

The covers’ album will feature Led Zeppelin‘s “Good Times Bad Times,” The Rolling Stones‘ “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” The Kinks‘ “Lola” and Paul Revere and the Raiders‘ “Kicks”.

“I’m Down” is the second single to be released from Origins, Vol. 2, after Deep Purple‘s “Space Truckin’.”
