M&S is giving away over £116 worth of beauty products for £20

We’re all in need of a little treat as 2020 comes to an end.

So M&S has a deal offering over £116 worth of top beauty products for £20.

The catch is that you need to spend £30 to get the offer but if you’re thinking of buying some Christmas gifts or other bits and pieces, it’s worth looking out for the deal.

Your food shop won’t count – it’s only when you spend £30 on clothing, home or food.

Previously, the brand did an advent calendar deal where you could get hundreds of pounds of mini beauty items for £40 when you spent £25 but they’ve ditched that in 2020, offering the box instead – and fans have been left a little disappointed with the change.

M&S says the contents of the box are worth over £120 but the team at Martin Lewis’ Money Saving Expert site carefully calculated the cost and said that if you shopped around, the items would cost about £116.13.

Inside the box there are 10 products – five of which are full size, while the others are mini versions.

The products include:

  • 1x10ml Ren Evercalm Ultra Comforting Rescue Mask
  • 1x10ml Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Florale
  • 1x60ml Living Proof Perfect hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment
  • 1x100ml Full Size Percy and Reed Define & Hold Finishing Cream
  • 1x60ml Philip Kingsley Body Building Weightless Conditioner
  • 1×0.28g Full Size Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Stingray
  • 1x4ml Eyeko Travel Size Lash Alert Mascara
  • 1x100ml Full Size This Works Deep Sleep Body Cocoon
  • 1x10ml Full Size Leighton Denny Renovate & Duplex
  • Plus you’ll also receive either 1 x 30ml Prai 24k Gold Wrinkle Repair Crème or 1 x 15ml Prai 24K Gold Wrinkle Repair Serum

While some were excited to try the box, others were upset that the advent calendar had been changed.

One person said: ‘Mine was delivered today and it’s BRILLIANT.’

But another commented: ‘So disappointed that this is instead of a calendar. Get the marksies one every year and love it. Now I’ve missed out on other calendars too because they’re sold out.’

Someone else said: ‘Ordered and looking forward to collect. But boy! I’m so disappointed no advent calendar this year. Hey ho.’

The box will only be available while stocks last and with an impending lockdown, you won’t be able to shop for non-essential items in stores in England from Thursday, through until 2 December.

It is still available online though. You need to add the box to your bag, spend £30 and when you head to checkout, it will reduce to £20.

Of course, if you think these are products you would never use, it’s not worthwhile but if you want to try them out or are already a fan of some of them, it’s a great price.
